Curse that Winmail.dat file!!!!!! Yes, if you are a user of anything but Outlook for email chances are you have received at least one of these attachments. Basically, anytime an Outlook email is sent in Rich Text mode it arrives at the other end as a winmail.dat file. No problem for Outlook users but forget it for the rest of us. Yes, you can go to through the whole effort of asking the sender to resend using Plain text (if they know how to do this) or thank goodness above there is WMParser. Download this puppy and open any saved winmail.dat file and you see what you were supposed to see. Thanks for this freeware guys. WMParserWinmail.dat - a Decoder
