Having food intolerances can drive you insane. And if you agree with the theory that Candida (the bad guy yeast) can take over one's digestive system and cause havoc then this diet might be something to find out more about. I'm on at about week 2.5 now and it's amazing how food intolerance stress has just melted away. Amazing. Now do I know if this Candida thing is helping - not sure. Not eating sugar of any kind is bloody hard to do - in the beginning - but it never was any good for a body to start with (at least I continue to tell myself that :-) There are some books that this site recommends that I've picked up at the library and read. Hmmm, I dunno. This free tool allows you to store copies of webpages in your own 5 gig personal space. They list uses for it but each listed item is just barely applicable and it could be done another way quite easily (ie. send a bookmark to someone or use Google's new desktop search tool). I'll put it here and perhaps someone will figure out why it will be so popular. We'll see. LookSmart's Furl

Well I'm building a community portal and after overwhelming myself with the complexities of a content management system I decided to stick to what I know - blogging. But how could I get my blogging posts for each content category to appear on one portal page to keep things simple. Ta da! RSS Feed to JavaScript. Just turn on the RSS/Atom feed portion of your blog, find it the file on your website when you re-publish and take this file link and plug it in the RSS Feed to Javascript site. Bingo it creates some JS automatically for you to paste into a web page. Very time saving and very cool. Thanks guys! RSS Feed to JavaScript
