You've invested in a GPS and ho-hum, you've already found all 50000 geocaches on the planet. Oh, what to do, what to do. I know, fuel up your lear jet and let's go geodashing. Yes, it would seem a game for the rich and famous or the traveler with a billion flyer miles to burn up. Coordinates are randomly generated and players rush like mad fools to the spot to stake first dibs. Hmmmmm, maybe someday when I win the lotto. Geodashing - Getting There is All the Fun

Hmmmm, did you ever want to turn the world into a giant etch-a-sketch. Well these folks did. If you've gone nothing better to do than running around large areas making line drawings with your GPS's track log then this is the site for you. Let me know when your first art show is :-) GPS Drawing Gallery

Oh that Canadian Mint, always thinking up another way to mint 'coin-like things' so you can spend money to buy them up. It's like a license to print money.... yeah. Anyway, if you want to drop little treasures in geocaches that you can track later on this could be your ticket. Geocaching Geocoins Canada the ultimate cache prize

Here's another site to track your dough. Where's Willy? Page

Ah, money makes the world go around.... or is it money goes around the world. Well, yes to both and now you can have a bit of fun tracking that hard earned cash of yours as its exchanged over and over throughout the land. Mark your bill and set it free. As people discover your bill they log a find and you see where its been. Who said spending money wasn't fun.... well nobody actually. Enjoy! Canadian Money Tracker [www.cdn-money.com]

A whole 'whack-o-applets' to convert co-ordinates from one type to another. I'm not completing sure if you'd ever need to do this too often but it's nice to know it's there. WiS On Net - Convert your co-ordinates

This is a great little site for finding a location name and where it is on the map. Fun to look up your family name to see if there are any locations to visit someday for that 'standing in front of the village sign' photo. Canadian Geographical Names Search!

I've always loved these types of illusions. This site has a heck of a lot of them all in a row. Take a peek, pretty darn freeky! Perception puzzles, Visual Perception, Optical illusions and Paradoxes

I'm lovin' the Babel Fish. Yes, sometimes the translation from English to French is a bit John Wayne (may he rest in peace) but it's better than nuthin'. Try having some fun by taking some English text and translating it to another language, then translate that text back to English. Similar fun to the 'whispering game'. Having one of those "Whoa is me... life is so hard" days. Well there's nothing like staring into infinite space to put things into proper perspective. Check out what the Hubble is discovering 'out there'. HubbleSite

Yes, as I've said before I'm a sucker for facts. What better than LISTS of facts,..... mmmmmm, data. This site has nicely compiled a list of all the free lists of things on the internet. Great job Gary. Gary Price's List of Lists

I'm addicted to facts. Love 'em. I could sit for hours sucking up the data. Very 'Cliff-Clavenesque' I know. Take a look. You'll be hooked. Alright, if I had to pick a favorite portal site it would have to be Yahoo. Here is Yahoo's take on the trends, called Buzz, similar to Googles Z! I like the ability to see movement on the top subjects. Yahoo! Buzz Index - Buzz Index Leaders Summary

Google rocks in my books. Ever since the day I heard about it no other search engine has ever come close. Now the most popular in the world it can give you an amazing view of trends happening around the world. Take a look at Zeitgeist and tell me if you are up on every trend happening at the moment. Very cool. Google Press Center: Zeitgeist

Ok, ok, I'm a sucker for a neat speech synthesizer site. It takes me back to the good old days with SAM, 'the Software Mouth for the Commodore 64 computer' TTS Interactive Demo

With so many websites now charging for or limiting access to news articles it's nice to see a search engine like this. FindArticles.com
